MAC Global is thrilled to announce that Jon Batiste, the globally celebrated, genre-defying musician and composer, will perform live in Dubai for the very first time on 23 November 2025. This highly anticipated one-night-only concert marks Batiste’s debut in the region.
Jon Batiste is a seven-time Grammy and Academy Award–winning singer, songwriter, and composer. His ninth studio album, Big Money, was released on 22 August via Verve/Interscope and features collaborations with No I.D., Randy Newman, and Andra Day. The album is supported by a national headlining tour, The Big Money Tour: Jon Batiste Plays America, which kicked off on 27 August, with more than 30 stops nationwide.
Big Money caps a landmark year that included Batiste’s Super Bowl performance and the chart-topping success of his album Beethoven Blues, which spent nine weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Classical Albums chart.
Batiste’s 2023 album, World Music Radio, earned five Grammy nominations, including Album of the Year. That same year, he received both an Oscar nomination and a Grammy win for the song “It Never Went Away,” from the Netflix documentary American Symphony. The film chronicles Batiste’s life as he navigates 11 Grammy nominations—including Album of the Year for his 2021 studio album We Are—while supporting his wife through the return of her long-dormant cancer.
Batiste is also known for his Academy Award–winning score for Pixar’s Soul and his seven-year tenure as bandleader and musical director of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
